3 Things to Consider When Transitioning From Employee to Employer

When transitioning from a 9-5 to becoming an entrepreneur, it’s important to take into consideration the “proper protocol” to follow. 

You don’t have to scream the news from the top of a building (though you can if you want), but there are conversations that may need to be had depending on the language of the contracts signed with the current employer. 

Watch what you sign! Be aware of what you agree to you complete the hiring process. New hire paperwork may include certain clauses or agreements that can restrict certain factors in your launch of entrepreneurship.
