Welcome to MARKEDlegal. These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our platform, including but not limited to legal workshops, contract templates, and one-time digital products. By completing a purchase, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase. 

1. Definitions 

• “Digital Products” refer to downloadable or streamable legal templates, guides, and workshops. 

• “Workshops” are pre-recorded or live educational sessions offered through MARKEDlegal. 

• “Templates” are pre-drafted legal documents provided for customization and use in your business. 

• “Subscription” refers to the MARKEDlegal membership plan governed by separate terms. 

2. Eligibility 

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these criteria. 

3. License Grant 

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not: 

• Share, resell, or redistribute the product. 

• Modify or create derivative works for resale. 

• Use the product in a way that violates any applicable laws. 

4. No Refund Policy 

Due to the instant access and intangible nature of our digital products—including templates, workshops, and downloadable resources—all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed, you immediately receive access to proprietary content that cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances unless required by law.

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. Disclaimer of Legal Advice 

Purchasing a product from MARKEDlegal does not create an attorney-client relationship. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. For personalized legal guidance, we recommend consulting with a licensed attorney. 

6. Payment Terms 

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. 

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. 

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees. 

• If your payment fails, access to the product will be suspended until payment is resolved. 

7. Chargebacks and Disputes 

By purchasing any product or service from MARKEDlegal, you agree that chargebacks are strictly prohibited. 

Due to the immediate and irrevocable access granted to our digital products, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider or financial institution is a violation of these Terms. 

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to: 

• Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation; 

• Revoke access to all previously purchased products and services; 

• Pursue legal remedies and recover any associated costs, including administrative and legal fees.

8. Intellectual Property 

All content, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of MARKEDlegal and/or Murray Law Group, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 

9. User Responsibilities 

You agree to: 

• Use the products only for lawful purposes. 

• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials. 

• Not misrepresent the nature or source of the materials. 

10. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARKEDlegal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Alabama. 

12. Modifications to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Acceptance of Terms 

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase.
