Join me in a 21 day Own Your Morning challenge! We’ll take the last 21 days of 2020 to establish productive habits to take us into the next year.
1. Keep it simple: The best morning routine is the one you can stick to. If waking up at 4:30 am and getting in a 2-hour workout makes you want to quit before you start, then guess what? DON’T DO IT! Focus on one new task, and repeat it until it becomes second-nature for you to do it.
2. Write it down: Take the guesswork out of what you are going to do each morning by writing out your routine. Having a checklist that you can see will help you achieve each task daily. This makes it easier for you to wake up and get right into it.
3. Have an accountability community: Accountability is everything when establishing new habits. Sure you can do it on your own, but what about those mornings that you just don’t feel like it? That’s where your accountability community comes in to play! When I know I need to check-in I’m that much more dedicated to actually doing the work. You can check in here.
